Office Hours
Office Hours are 8 am to 5 pm on workdays
(excluding weekend days, public holidays and University holidays)
Trainees
If there are less than 4 trainees, the hourly rate will be set for a minimum of 4 trainees.
If there are more than 10 trainees (not recommended as the hands-on aspect of the simulator might be lost), the hourly rate will be capped at the maximum of 10 trainees.
Minimum Charge
The minimum charge is self-explanatory. If the simulator lab is used for less than an hour, a minimum charge applies to cover our fixed costs.

Day Bookings
Booking the simulator lab CG-68 for the entire day (8.00 am – 5.00 pm):
- $4,000
- $8,000 and up depending on level of support needed
Additional non-office hour added to a day-long booking (minimum of one hour) = $750/hr
